Surf Instructor & Summer Camp Jobs

Our ability to attract the finest, most qualified employees is the result of our years of experience, our professional reputation, and our industry leading training and compensation level. We currently have an incredible staff of hardworking energetic summer camp counselors and surf instructors, but we are growing, and looking to expand our fun quality programs. We are currently accepting applications for both full and part time summer camp positions.

This coming summer we will be offering camp jobs in several great locations. You could be selected to join our team, and have the most fun rewarding teaching experience of your life. Our summers are extremely busy so we look to hire self directed and highly energetic team players that can understand the importance of following our operational policies and procedures.

We are extremely conscientious about upholding our standards of safety and conduct for both our staff and our students.  On the first night of our overnight summer camps, our rules are clearly presented to our students. Participants are automatically sent home for smoking, drinking, or using drugs.  It is our responsibility to never turn a blind eye to actions that spoil the experience for others, or put anyone at risk.  Students and parents appreciate that our rules are fair, well understood, and enforced without exception. The most important quality that we search for in a team member is being of solid character coupled with a high degree of integrity to make the right decisions.

Surf instruction experience is not necessary as selected candidates will go through our paid surf instructor training and certification program at no cost. All overnight camp staff must attend our mandatory paid preseason training and certification program.
