SWELL SHADES WARRANTY

Swell Shades are handcrafted with the highest quality bamboo. In order to protect your Swell Shades when not in use, we suggest that you place them in the protective microfiber bag and return them to the bamboo case provided with your purchase.

Swell Vision offers a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This one year warranty does not cover scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage from misuse.



SWELL WATCH WARRANTY

Swell Vision offers a one year limited warranty on our watches from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects. The components covered under this one year warranty are the watch movement, hands and dial. If these components prove to be defective, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. This one year warranty does not cover scratches in the crystal or accidental breakage or damage from misuse.

The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover:

• Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage.
• Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Swell Vision retailer.
• This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
