We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), we're happy to offer a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not accept returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.
Final Sale Items: All sale, discounted, or discontinued items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
