For the next weeks, leading up to Spring Break, we will be spotlighting popular Spring Break destinations – what to do, where to eat, and what to see.

So, if you didn’t already have Panama City Beach on your list for a college spring break, you should put it there. The travel channel has ranked this town in Florida in the top ten for college spring break destinations. There are plenty of places to party during your stay, like Spinnaker’s on the beach. However, if you are interested in something more secluded, Shell Island, in St. Andrew’s State Park is the place to go. You can find a shuttle schedule and other important information here. As for food, you should be sure to Yelp before stopping into the first seafood shack you see. Dee’s Hang Out is supposed to be pretty good and moderately priced.
